Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you’re unsure about an item, just ask.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Want to return an item? No problem! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is completely free and we don’t charge any restocking fees. Please note: final sale items cannot be returned. We're here to make your experience easy and stress-free!
